Supplies Needed for TMC Project!!

The children at TMC will be participating in a project called "Art & Soul", where they will be building various items as part of an extensive creative adventure.  

The school needs help with some supplies and are hoping that we can check around our house to bring these items in.

All items need to be brought into the office by April 20th.

Here is the list of items they are looking for:

CD cases
Old playing cards or decks of cards (even with missing cards)
Yarn, string
Scrapbooking paper or wallpaper
Fabric (preferring solid colors)
Lace
Embroidery thread

TWELVE MILE COULEE SCHOOL OUTDOOR FITNESS AREA

TWELVE MILE COULEE SCHOOL OUTDOOR FITNESS AREA

Our application for the Alberta Culture and Tourism CFEP grant was successful for the full 

$125,000 and we are officially done fundraising!!!  Thank you to Calgary-Northwest MLA Sandra 

Jansen and Minister of Culture and Tourism Maureen Kubinec for their support of this project.

The build will take 3 weeks, weather dependant, with volunteers installing the equipment June 

18 – 20.   Once the Pour in Place surfacing is installed we will need additional volunteers to lay 

sod and water ongoing intervals until the sod is well established.  Please contact me for further 

details if you are able to give a hand.
